You are 100% putting yourself out there to be judged.
We will do anything to curb that discomfort. But guess what...
Everyone else is freaked out too. They are far too worried about themselves to judge you. And the ones that are judge-y, you don't want them in your circle anyway.
Focus on why you're here. Who do you want to help? What do you want them to know about you? How can you say it with your pic?
